Reach Us About Your Privacy Rights

If you want to review, update or request deletion of your personal data, we have three ways to get that started. Our privacy team handles data requests separately from general account support, so your request goes to the right place. Response times follow applicable state privacy-law timelines, and we'll confirm receipt of your request within two business days.

Privacy Request Email Send a written data request — access, correction or deletion — to our dedicated privacy inbox. Include your account email so we can verify your identity before processing.
Live Account Chat Open the chat icon inside your account dashboard on mobile or browser. Select the Privacy topic and an agent will log your request and escalate it to our privacy team.
In-App Account Settings Go to Account Settings, then Privacy Controls, to review your data-sharing preferences, manage marketing consent and download a copy of your stored account data.
HOW WE PROTECT YOUR ACCOUNT

Data Security and Retention Practices

Security is built into every layer of the account flow. Your login is protected with two-factor authentication — when you sign in from a new device, we send a one-time code to your registered phone number before granting access. Session tokens expire after inactivity, and any payment method linked to your account, whether PayPal, Venmo or Play+, is stored as a reference token only. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active and for any period required under applicable state law after closure. You can request early deletion where state privacy law allows it, and we will honor that within the legal timeframe.

Encrypted Data Storage

All account and payment reference data is stored using industry-standard encryption at rest. We do not hold raw PayPal or Venmo credentials — only tokenized references from those providers.

Cookie and Tracking Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in across app and browser and analytics cookies to understand how features are used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings at any time.

Data Retention Timeline

Active account data is kept while your account is open. After closure, we retain records for the period required under your applicable state law, then delete or anonymize them.

Identity Verification Partner

We work with a third-party identity verification service to confirm your name, address and ID at account opening. That partner operates under a data-processing agreement with the same handling standards we hold ourselves to.

Common Questions About Your Privacy Rights

These are the questions our account-holders ask most often about how their data is handled. If your question isn't here, use the live chat path inside your account dashboard to reach our privacy team directly.

Yes. Submit a data-access request via the Privacy Request Email or through Account Settings. We'll verify your identity first, then provide a copy of your stored data within the timeframe your state law requires.

We share only what those payment providers need to process your transaction. They send us a confirmation token in return. Neither side shares your full payment credentials with the other.

Location signals at login confirm you are in a state where access is permitted under local law. We do not use location data for advertising or share it with data brokers.

After account closure, we retain records for the period required under applicable state law, then delete or anonymize them. You can request early deletion in writing where your state privacy law permits it.

Session records — game launches, wager amounts, session length — are stored for account operation and state reporting compliance. You can request a copy of those records through your Account Settings privacy controls.

Go to Account Settings, then Communication Preferences, and toggle off marketing messages. You can also unsubscribe directly from any email we send you, and that preference applies immediately to your account.
